Memory Chip Cards:

Memory Cards are simple E²Prom cards or E²Prom cards with security features.

Typical sizes of E²Prom cards are 256 Byte, 2 kByte, 8 kByte, 16 kByte,
32 kByte and 64 kByte.

Plain memory cards do not have a security function.

E²Prom cards with a simple security logic are more sophisticated.
Typical variations are 256 Byte ( SLE 4442) or 1 Kbyte ( SLE 4428).
