CyberMouse - first USB chip card reader
Now chip card readers are no longer exotic. With PC/SC Microsoft now supports a new standard for chip card readers. This is valid for Windows 95/98/NT, although it will only be an integral part of the operating systems under Windows2000.
Until then every PC must be equipped with a PC/SC chip card reader. Microsoft themselves see the situation of the chip card reader today as similar to that of the CD drive 5 years ago.
ZeitControl is one of the first manufacturers to support this new standard.
The serial CyberMouse costs DM 59,- plus VAT, the USB version is available for DM 79,- plus VAT. The drivers for the various operating systems can be download from the internet address www.cybermouse.de.
